Marketing Portal

On this project, I joined the Domani agency (now BBH) to lead the product design initiative for an insurance industry marketing portal. The end client was Life Happens Pro.

Our goal was to create a white-label solution that allowed insurance brands (like Statefarm) to distribute marketing collateral to their agents, and allow the agents to customize the assets before downloading.

In addition to the agent-side experience, we built an admin site, which allowed the parent company to control the branding of the portal and manage the individual assets (tagging, meta data, permissions, etc).

Following my extensive UX effort, visual designer Jae Yoon added the skin, and the rest is history.

The portal was a success for Life Happens Pro and they continue to evolve the experience today.
