On this project, I joined the Domani agency (now BBH) to lead the UX architecture design for an insurance industry marketing portal. The end client was Life Happens.
Our goal was to create a white-label solution that allowed insurance brands (like Statefarm) to distribute marketing collateral to their agents, and allow the agents to customize the assets before downloading.
In addition to the agent-side experience, we built an admin site, which allowed the parent company to control the branding of the portal and manage the individual assets (tagging, meta data, permissions, etc).
Altogether, the final UX document was over 100 pages, with extensive annotation. Visual designer Jae Yoon added the skin, and the rest is history.
